Welcome to Aume. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Aume is operated by Aume, headquartered in Italy. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility & Use of the Website

To purchase from Aume, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian. You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not engage in any activity that may harm Aume or its customers.

Products & Orders

We make every effort to display product descriptions and colors accurately. Aume reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of errors in pricing, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated. Orders placed outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Typography errors

In the event that an item(s) is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Aume reserves the right to withdraw that item(s) from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders. Aume will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, and other secure payment methods. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not authorised or completed.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Estimated delivery time within the EU is 3–7 business days; worldwide shipping may take longer depending on the destination. Aume is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.

Acceptance of goods

On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Aume, as soon as possible. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.

Social media policy

Our social media pages are a place of inspiration and encouragement for women and men all around the world, to live their best lives. While we do our very best to read and respond to as many comments as possible, please understand at times this may not be the case. If your enquiry is urgent or if you would like to discuss a matter further, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@aume.it.

If you tag any images with any of our brand social media handle (@aume.it) you are voluntarily submitting the content and give Aume the unrestricted right to use, in any capacity without limitation and compensation.

Aume, in its complete discretion, reserves the right to remove posts it considers offensive, irrelevant, hurtful or spam.

Returns & Refunds

You may return unworn and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or credit. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Aume and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products. All products are used at your own risk.

Governing Law
