We accept worldwide returns on all full priced and un-worn items that are returned in new condition with all original tags and packaging still attached, so long as the return request is submitted to our team within 14 days of delivery.

To lodge your return request please email hello@aume.it. Once your return request has been confirmed by our team, we will provide a return shipping label for you to send your items back to us.

Once your return has been processed, your return balance will be refunded onto the original payment method used. The cost of return shipping will be removed from any returns where a return label was provided. Similarly a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total of any items that originally received free shipping.

Please note that sale and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit, unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered to be faulty.
