We accept worldwide returns on all full priced and un-worn items that are returned in new condition with all original tags and packaging still attached, so long as the return request is submitted to our team within 14 days of delivery.

To lodge your return request please email hello@aume.it. Once your return request has been confirmed by our team, please post your item/s to the address provided in your return request confirmation. All returns are at the cost of the customer, only trackable returns will be accepted.

Once your return has been processed, your return will be refunded onto the original payment method used. A shipping and re-stock fee will be deducted from the refund total of any items that originally received free shipping.

Please note that sale and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit, unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered to be faulty.
